There is no horse experience required

Horses possess a remarkable ability to sense our emotions, acting as mirrors that reflect our inner selves. This extraordinary connection creates a transformative learning experience for teams. As you interact with these amazing animals, you'll uncover insights about communication, trust and collaboration. The facilitators are trained and certified in Equine Assisted Learning and  use  proven experiential methods with hands on horse activities to guide the team.  The unique experience  of interacting with horses and seeing their real time reactions to the members of the team doing activities with them unlocks learning and insights.

We customize the goals and exercises to your specific team and facilitate learning  during the workshop by debriefing after every activity to understand what happened, why, how that applies to work and the team, as well as developing ideas on how to apply these learnings and insights in the day-to-day team environment

The teambuilding workshop includes:

Prework: Working with team representatives to help assess team needs and establish goals

Design: Your workshop program will be custom designed by selecting the best activities that target the group's goals and objectives identified in the prework.

Full Day Workshop:

The team will complete 4-6 activities with the horses and debrief with EAL facilitator:

• Explore  strengths and examine how they show up as the team works to accomplish goals
• Strengthen teamwork through better understanding individual and team strengths,  which can improve team productivity, effectiveness, and positivity
• Shift  focus to recognizing what is working and understanding why
• Strengthen relationships, trust, and collaboration within the team
• Spark creativity and problem-solving approaches
• Discuss  approaches to leveraging the strengths in the team
• Have fun!

Workshop summary and follow up:

• A consolidated report that includes the action plan identified by the group during the workshop and the workshop evaluation
• Follow up discussion with team representatives to review group progress
