Farm Days Summer Program 2025: DATES ARE IN!
Thank you to everyone who made our 2024 Farm Days Summer Program a huge success! Our 2025 program will be the weeks of June 23rd, August 11th and August 18th.
Do your kids love animals and spending time outdoors? Farm Days is the perfect way to get them outside AND introduce them to horses! Designed for kids ages 7-13 years old, the program offers a weeklong experience at a working horse farm. Kids will learn the daily ins and outs of horse care and how to safely interact with these beautiful animals!
What Your Child Will Learn:
Basic horse safety
- Complete daily responsibilities of horse care
- Horse health
● Learn basics of horse handling
- Leading
- Grooming
- Tacking
● Learn how horses communicate
- Understand body language and cues
What You Need:
● Hard toed shoes ( rubber boots, hiking boots, paddock boots)
● Packed lunch, snack and drinks
● Bathing suit for slip and slide
● Sunscreen, bug spray, weather appropriate clothing, long pants are encouraged
