Come enjoy some coffee or tea and some quiet reflection time in the company of these amazing animals. Meditation with horses is a unique experience. Take some time for yourself to rejuvenate and connect with nature. One of our last participants said, “I feel like I just went to the spa for an hour, I’m so relaxed.”
We have an indoor arena in case it rains. We provide beverages. All you need is weather appropriate clothing and closed toed shoes. No horse experience required. Must be 18 or older.

This workshop allows you to gain greater self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses and a new perspective on how your habits and beliefs may be impacting your life’s journey, as well as an action plan for continued growth.
Pilates is taught by Linda Frederick at 9:15 on Tuesday mornings. Linda has taught pilates and group classes for over thirty years. This is a unique setting with a limited class size. This allows for a focus on perfecting technique and individual support when needed. There is also a short guided meditation led by Linda at the end of class!
